It offers monthly events, open dialogue, and a centralized database of mental health first aid trainers. The survey amongst 1000 1000 PR, marketing and comms professionals in the UK revealed high levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout among PR, marketing, and communications professionals. Unfortunately, many felt unsupported by their employers.

The "Gender News Gap" report highlights the persistent gender inequality in journalism and media. It reveals that women journalists face numerous barriers to progression, including a "macho and intimidating" workplace culture and a lack of diversity in expert contributors. The report also shows that while many journalists believe their organizations have policies and targets to improve diversity, the number of directors and founders who report monitoring diversity is low. The report concludes that there is a need for a coalition of change to bring together demand for diverse experts and supply of diverse experts to increase the visibility of diverse thought leaders.
